We have provided individual garment fit notes to each product page. If you still have questions please contact us at hi@anous.co, and we will help you find the best size for you.

We ship to all countries. We offer free shipping to Turkey. Each international shipment will be charged 25€. Your purchased garment will be shipped from Istanbul/Turkey.

Domestic orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 3 working days. International orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 7 working days at the latest.

All of our subscribers will receive a one time 10% off in their first order. We will be providing further offers to our subscribers.

You can return the items you purchased from anous.co within 14 days as of the delivery date. You need to create a return request before sending your item back to us. See the Return and Exchange Policy page for further information.

If you want to change the size of the item you purchased from anous.co, you can contact us at hi@anous.co and submit your new size request. Size exchanges can be made online, however style exchanges are not possible.

We ensure that all items sold are of the highest standards and quality. However, if you have concerns regarding your item please contact us straight away at hi@anous.co. We will review the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

You can change or cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please contact us straight away at hi@anous.co if you want changes in your order. Please note that once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
