At this time, we only ship within Turkey. Shipping is free of charge.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days to your registered delivery address.

We do not currently offer regular discounts, but special promotions may be announced from time to time. Subscribers will be notified by email when offers are available.

We do not accept returns for any items purchased from anous.co, as all pieces are second-hand or vintage. Exchanges are possible for clothing items only, and must be requested within 1 day of delivery. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.

Exchanges are possible for clothing items only and must be requested within 1 day of delivery by emailing us at hi@anous.co. Please note that accessories (such as shoes, bags, sunglasses, belts, jewelry) and luxury designer items are excluded from exchanges.

All items are carefully inspected before being listed, and normal signs of wear are to be expected with second-hand and vintage pieces. However, if you believe your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at hi@anous.co. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Yes! it is completely safe to order from anous.co. All payments are processed securely through the IYZICO payment gateway. We do not store your credit card details, and we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

You may change or cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at hi@anous.co for any changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
