à nous - RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shipping (Currently Within Turkey Only)
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Turkey via YURTICI Kargo. Shipping is free of charge. Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Return and Exchange
All items available on our website are second-hand or vintage, and each piece is one-of-a-kind (only one of each item is available). For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

We understand that issues may occasionally arise. In such cases, exchanges are only possible for clothing items, and only if the issue is reported within one day after the order is delivered by email to archive@anous.co. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted, without exception.

Please note that accessories (such as shoes, bags, sunglasses, belts, jewelry) and luxury designer items are excluded from exchanges and are considered final sale.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • It must be returned with its original packaging, invoice, and any included accessories, complete and undamaged.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, missing components, or damaged original packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping costs related to the exchange process are the responsibility of the buyer.

Şu anda yalnızca Türkiye içinde YURTİÇİ Kargo ile gönderim yapmaktayız. Kargo ücretsizdir. Siparişleriniz, ödeme onayı alındıktan sonra 3 iş günü içinde, ödeme sırasında belirttiğiniz teslimat adresine gönderilir. Lütfen sipariş vermeden önce teslimat adresinizin doğru olduğundan emin olun.

İade ve Değişim
Web sitemizde satışa sunulan tüm ürünler ikinci el veya vintage olup her biri tektir (her üründen yalnızca bir adet bulunmaktadır). Bu nedenle, hiçbir koşulda iade kabul edilmemektedir.

Zaman zaman sorunlar yaşanabileceğini biliyoruz. Bu gibi durumlarda, değişim yalnızca giyim ürünleri için ve sipariş teslim alındıktan sonraki 3 gün içinde archive@anous.co adresine e-posta ile bildirilmesi halinde mümkündür. Bu süre geçtikten sonra yapılan talepler kesinlikle kabul edilmez.

Lütfen unutmayın: Aksesuarlar (ayakkabı, çanta, güneş gözlüğü, kemer, takı vb.) ve lüks marka ürünler değişim kapsamına dahil değildir ve kesin satış olarak kabul edilir.

Değişim için uygun olabilmesi adına:

  • Ürün kullanılmamış ve giyilmemiş olmalıdır.
  • Ürün, orijinal ambalajı, faturası ve varsa tüm aksesuarları ile eksiksiz ve hasarsız olarak iade edilmelidir.
  • Kullanım izleri, hasar, eksik parça veya hasarlı orijinal ambalaj bulunan ürünler değişim için kabul edilmez.

Değişim sürecine ilişkin tüm kargo masrafları alıcıya aittir.
